We eat to survive in this beautiful world. Food is simply energy to live. The only real purpose of eating is to provide the nutrition that our body for maintenance and growth. Then, as we grow in psychic body the aim of life or we reach level of life basics and how it should be used. To make perfect life which is a beautiful gift from nature one learn to know what is to eat or live to eat.

Eat to live that we eat food to survive. Live to eat means to enjoy food. Both have their pros and cons. But the main motive of our life is to eat and enjoy the food in a healthy and balanced way. Eat to live is for survival and live to eat means that life is here to eat and enjoy.

No matter what is best, but one should survive with healthy life with having balanced eating habits. We should choose foods that can stimulate your mind as well as soul. This can really help you to overcome the stresses and strain of modern living in a simple and delicious way. Life should have a healthy relationship to food. The concept eat to live or live to eat doesn’t matter when the focus is to have healthy food with proper nutrient value and good food combinations.

Food is fuel for life. To run life smoothly and enjoy the beautiful world avoid wrong food combinations.

Food And Water/Juice

Drinking water or juice with your meal is one of the most toxic food combinations. Water dilutes your stomach acids and reduces their effectiveness in breaking down proteins, carbohydrates and fats. So drink water 10 minutes before the meal. This’ll keep you from overeating or diluting stomach enzymes.

Banana And Milk

This combination as one of the heaviest and toxin-forming. It is said to create heaviness in the body and slow down the mind.

Carbs And Animal Protein

When you eat a carbohydrate with protein (such as meat with potatoes or bread) they counteract- protein putrefies and carbohydrate ferments. This leads to gas, bloating and flatulence.

Mint  And Aerated Drinks

The mint and aerated drinks make a explosion inside stomach and feel bloated like a balloon. This leads to severe discomfort in body.

 Fruit With Meal

The fruit contains simple sugars that require no digestion and not stay for a long time in the stomach. Other foods, such as foods rich in fat, protein and starch, will stay in the stomach for a longer period of time because they require more digestion. So if you eat fruit after a meal, the fruit sugar will stay for too long in the stomach and ferment.

Yogurt With Fruit

Yogurt contains plenty of bacteria which will act on the sugar present in fruits. This results in toxins, cold, allergies. You can avoid this problem by using unflavoured yogurt at room temperature and mix in honey, cinnamon or raisins instead of fresh fruit.

Honey with ghee

Don’t mix equal quantities ghee and honey as they have opposite reactions in the body–honey has a heating, drying, scraping action, whereas ghee has a cooling, moisturising quality.

Cheese And Meat

Cheesy meatballs, meat in fondue, cheese and meat omelette- Both foods  are very high in protein content so it is very difficult to digest.

Cereal With Milk And Orange Juice

Milk contains casein, and orange juice contains acid. Together, they curdle the dairy and also destroy the enzyme present in the starchy cereal. To avoid this, have fruit juice at least an hour before or after the cereals.

Fish  with milk

Milk should not be eaten with fish as the two foods are incompatible: Milk is cold and fish is heating. Combining the two vitiates the blood and causes obstruction of the body’s channels .
